How does Serendipity know I'm here?
Serendipity automatically checks you in when you connect to a recognized WiFi network at your community space. You appear as present to other members — no buttons to press. We never track your precise GPS location.
How do I raise my hand for help?
Tap the "Raise My Hand" button on the home screen, select a category, and describe what you need. Other members who are present will see your request and can respond.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all of your data including your profile, presence history, and help requests.
What data do you collect?
See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: your profile info, WiFi-based presence (not GPS), and help requests. We never sell your data.
